  Excellent guesthouse with fantastic rooms very close to the main street with plenty of shops and bars. The owners were very welcoming as were all of the staff and the breakfast was excellent. Special note for the breakfast pizza!!!! The constant smell of - If you are looking for a very special Inn with charming super clean rooms and a great vibe, this is the place! The owners and staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly while also being respectful of your space. Fantastic food, beautiful garden, so close to all that Chatham has to offer. We are returning!

  The owner of Hampton Terrace was very welcoming and helpful. He even graciously printed and scanned documents for me, when a bit of work surfaced that I hadn't finished up before leaving for vacation. It's a very short walk to the shops and restaurants in Lenox center and to Shakespeare and Co. The drive to Tanglewood tak - We received a warm welcome from the host to this lovely, romantic and conveniently-located inn. The room was beautiful, imaginatively- furnished and extremely comfortable, and the breakfast delicious. The owner was available and provided helpful suggestions about area restaurants and other local attractions, many within walking distance or a quick drive. Common rooms were inviting, with games and and many books available. It was a splendid experience in every way.

Walk to lovely lake.. Just the most perfect weekend! Highly recommend it and we will be back! - The location was great for touring the Cape. The Inn was hospitality personified. Such a lovely house with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The breakfasts were really sensational - all home cooked and very different. Coffee/Tea making facilities outside our room and an extensive Library to borrow from on rainy days. Just a lovely relaxing holiday.

The hotel is small only 10 bedrooms and you eat your breakfast in your bedroom unusual but we really liked it! We would really recommend this hotel!

  The grounds were wonderful. The unit we stayed in was pure luxury and a real highlight of our first trip to Nantucket from south Georgia. I cannot say enough about the two bedroom unit we stayed in. The staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the snacks and drinks provided daily in the lobby.   The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is just 2 blocks from the ferry port so if your stuck like we were in leaving the car on the main land you can walk leisurely. This hotel had us a wheelchair to use which saved our vacation since the ferry service is inadequate - The staff was welcoming. They could not do enough for you. It was quite a peaceful and relaxing experience. I am personally very picky about hotels /inns to the point I usually bring sheets and towels. To my surprise, I felt so comfortable with the feeling of cleanliness that I did not have to use them. The service was exceptional. Kudos to Lynn and Carl!
