  This is a Five Star Hotel, with a 10 Star Staff. What most impressed and delighted us was the amazing, friendly people who work at BHH. The facility is beautiful and the rooms are a delight. We travel often and The Boston Harbor Hotel is on our "must come back" list. Concierge got our dinner reservation changed to earlier. we couldn't make that happen ourselves. All fantastic energy and attitudes.
