  Beautiful facility. Check-in staff purposely put us on a floor that was not where a wedding's guests were that night. Clean! Liked having the lounge- so comfortable with multiple kinds of seating and pool tables, etc. liked idea of a restaurant there- but didn't have an opportunity to use it.   Very nicely maintained bed and breakfast with clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, and a convenient hot tub. The owners were very friendly and easy going. After checking in, we walked just a block to get to Commercial St, which is the main drag in Provincetown. The next morning we walked downstairs to fin - I and my husband needed a little getaway and time off from our two kids. After browsing for the best deal we embarked upon Beaconlight Guesthouse. I think it was within average price for most bed and breakfast locations around the area. The location was clean, rooms were clean and i would not complain about the breakfast, although would have preferred hot breakfast but they provide you with yogurt, granola, pastries, coffee, tea, muffins.   This was one of the nicest Hotels I have stayed at in a long time. The lobby and lounge areas were very warm and inviting. I am a smoker,even though I don't smoke a lot I found it very nice to be able to relax in my room with a cup of tea and a smoke. Not having to go outside was a true comfort.   Went wrong time of year for the price. (Thought was a little high for value received) The rooms were dated but clean. The staff was excellent. Would stay again - but in off season. - Very nice area. Many things to do that are not too far of a drive.

  Great place to stay, very comfy beds, heated indoor pool is very clean and nice, hot tub is great. They have towels to lend as well as beach chairs. The rooms have a tiny kitchen, too. The owners, Steve and Denise are super nice. This place is about a 10 minute walk to a very nice beach, and is very close to many nice restaurants.   Me and my boyfriend went down for 3 nights. It was amazing, and we had a lot of fun. The tennis court was pretty nice. They have a clubhouse will a pool table and ping pong. The pool and hot tub were open late at night, so you could go in. We stayed in a queen studio. The bed was really comfortable and everything was really nice. It would be easier to drive down and park a long the road to go shopping and to the b - The apartment was spacious, clean and well furnished. The door opened onto a lovely garden area with pool. It was a 1 mile walk to the centre of Provincetown, which meant we could stroll in for dinner without having to take the car. The staff were incredibly nice, they played with our little daughter, gave her some beads to entertain her, and were generally very helpful. Michael, in particular, made some excellent suggestions for places to visit on the Cape, places to dine, and even helped out

I was impressed with the swiftness and efficiency displayed by all staff members. The value is the main reason I stayed, but it's not the reason I will come back. Location and staff.
