  The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is just 2 blocks from the ferry port so if your stuck like we were in leaving the car on the main land you can walk leisurely. This hotel had us a wheelchair to use which saved our vacation since the ferry service is inadequate - The staff was welcoming. They could not do enough for you.   The apartment was very clean, it was spacious, it had everything we needed and more. I loved that we had 2 full baths, that we got extra towels and extra pillows. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the private balcony. The maid service was excellent. It made for a very relaxing vacation. My family and I would definitely stay here again... wat mensen zeggen » , Thanks for making this a great time for my family - very clean kept up facilities, friendly staff, pool right by the water, heard from a staff member they donate certain electrical items and grills to charities so their offerings are always new!   Very friendly staff. My husband threw out his back, the mattress was too soft for him and he was not well upon waking up after our first night. Front desk offered to chage us to another room or place a board under the bed, which helped somewhat.
