  The room was much more than I expected for the price, was very impressed. We enjoyed our stay there very much, and right in middle of boardwalk, awesome!   Location, felt safe, quiet, parking on premis, office 24/7, staff friendly & very knowledgeable, clean. Even the mattress pads didn't have stains, and look old. Yes I did check it out. If staff didn't know answer to a question, knew where to call or contact to find out. The section I was in, the bathroom could use updating. Great location! Not far from the boardwalk or great places to eat. Great access to the beach and the indoor pool area was very clean and big.

  I got a great deal booking the hotel on line, the staff was very nice, I traveled from Nashville, Tn to Waldorf on a bus and ended up getting to the hotel 4 hours before check in , there was a really nice woman at the front desk that promptly got a room ready for me so I would not have to sit the lobby, not to mention I had a pretty view and a ove... wat mensen zeggen » rall pleasant stay - It was a better experience than I thought considering the number of negative reviews. My room was clean, had flat screen TV, mini-fridge and microwave. I definitely would stay here again.

  Hotel is amongst a shopping centre which is very handy. It is also about 15 minutes away from Premium Factory Outlets and an hour from Gettysburg. Eat at the Olive Garden restaurant - great value for money. - Friendly and easy check in/out. Great breakfast in the am. Friends and I use van transportation to and from the reception.

  Metro and highway accessible - Nothing at all.. woke up to multiple BED BUGS bites extremely filthy, rodent droppings, multiple bed stains. Unprofessional attendants. Low lit, dark around the premises at night., handicap accessible non friendly. Had to go to the hospital.

  I was extremely worried about the reviews that said about bed bugs especially since we took an 8 month old but the room was great. I previously had checked on how to spot bed bugs and I was unable to notice any nor did any of us receive any bites during our stay. I also liked the staff.   The owner was friendly and made us comfortable with our stay ! Rooms were always clean ! Hot water heater broke and owner bought a brand new one for her guests to have a great cozy stay !!! Had a beautiful clean pool and close walk to the beach ! - I liked the safety of the hotel. It was clean and neat.   I loved the location of Coastal Palms. Although the front of the hotel faced a busy street, the rear (where our room was located) was perfect. We had a balcony, a view of the ocean and the beach was literally a couple of feet away from the hotel. I also liked the fact that there were - Room was clean & good sized. Liked having refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker in room. On site parking lot. They let us park and go to the beach before check in and also after check out. Had free beach chairs to use.

  It's been remodeled and much more comfortable this time. The management and staff were friendly and gracious. Definitely consider a "repeat." Theresa and Super 8, Hancock Maryland - Staff was helpful with directions and morning breakfast.
