The room was much more than I expected for the price, was very impressed. We enjoyed our stay there very much, and right in middle of boardwalk, awesome! And the staff was exceptionally friendly and curtious!. Crystal Sands was extremely clean, staff was courteous and I was surprised at how well this motel was maintained for the price! Great find if you need a clean safe place to rest after a day on the beach.
alle beoordelingen » When we discovered that our heater/ac unit wasn't working, the owner/mgr accommodated us with a space heater which was needed. Also, our housekeeper was very efficient!. Everyone was very nice. The price you pay really isn't bad for how close you are to the beach and boardwalk. When we go back to ocean city, we will stay here again :). The place was very close to the boardwalk and the beach. It was very inexpensive and the place was very clean. The staff was very polite and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were excellent. It was very clean and the Boardwalk was literally a short walk away. Very impressive. friendly staff, clean rooms and very clean bathroom...close to Subway and a really good coffee shop. will def stay there again. I was really impressed with this motel. Service was great :) I would definately go back. I recommend it. Management kept young people orderly and quiet at night. Nice room- comportable bed, good housekeeping. It was quiete, clean and comfortable. The staff were professional. The parking was very convenient. Manager was very nice & helpful. Being close to assateague which is why we took the trip. Location. location. Parking could have been a factor, but I never moved my car, we walked or took the bus!. It's not a five star hotel and you aren't paying for one either. Nothing bad to note!. Thought the coat closet smelled quite musty!. The only thing I didn't like was the long climb up the stairs but that cant be helped. And also the towels were very tiny and rough. If you are looking to stay for a week, you have a mini-fridge and a microwave, so bring a lot of easy food or prepare to eat out. The beds are close together and they are not many places to charge a cell phone. n/a. no coffee maker in room, and we could have used another chair, there were 3 of us and only 2 chairs, but we survived....and you better be able to climb stairs...we stayed on 3rd floor and there are no elevators at this place. I don't like stairs. I had to take my luggage up and down. The parking. The beds were really soft along with the pillows. No coffee pot. Parking was horrible and they don't have a pool. But still a great place to stay. Bed is very basic, room was bare and stark and dated. Parking is very tight! Wish they had a pool. The exterior look. No coffee maker in the room. Rooms could be a bit roomier. Parking was tight. The room's air conditioning system made the room "wet" When we returned home, our clothes we removed from the suitcase were very damp. Not a lot of parking on property...but very helpful where to park. The closet smelled like urine and it was very dark, there was no light fixture in the closet. Parking was not easy. Would have liked a king bed instead of 2 queens. No pool and the room smelled musky. Rooms need dehumidifiers. The front desk/owner (assumingly) was not so friendly to me. Customer service on the boardwalk was not that great. smelled bad, remote didn't , cluttered.
