  Was my first time at a Four Points Sheraton. I signed up for a frequent visitor card. I thought the free water bottles in the room were an excellent touch, also the free hot apple cider in the lobby was great. Similarly, while I did not personally take advantage of it, I loved the idea of the $5 reimbursement if you did not utilize housekeeping se... wat mensen zeggen » rvice. Very smart. In my upcoming travel to nyc and other cities, I will now always try to stay at a Four Points Shertaon. - The front desk girls were amazing .... very happy and extremely helpful. We had room 1601 (on the 16th floor) and had a view of the Empire State Building which was fab. The hotel was very quite at night .... just what we wanted. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends/family. For the money, it far exceeded our expectations. Greenwich and Soho are literally on the doorstep, so great for eating and shopping.

We went to celebrate my partners 30th and they help arrange champagne and chocolate Strawberries for our arrival in the room and managed to upgrade us and give us an early check in. The plunge bar was very cool and had some cocktails which were great. When it came to leaving as we wasn't able to get back to ou - Loved the convenience of the drive up and valet, although $50 wa a little expensive. $265 room with 2 lunch salads and 1 small pot of coffee and a bottle of water (room service) and valet put the room charge to $460. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.

  Everything!! From location, to size of room, to value for money, everything was perfect! The lobby is always full of staff and customers but the staff is very efficient and always very helpful. From Concierge to Front desk to bellboy, they are committed to their work. Bravo! I travel extensively and was at first a bit worried about staying in this... wat mensen zeggen » huge, busy hotel, expecting an overwhelmed staff but it was not the case and I would definitely go there again and recommend it to many! - Unparalleled view of the WTC site, including the Pools and Freedom Tower, from most rooms. Continental breakfast was very tasty. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Checkin was very quick, and checkout can be done from the room. The room, and linens were very clean. No sign of bed bugs!

  This hotel is in Chinatown and located only a few doors down from directly under the Manhattan bridge. Sounds terrible but it's not. We were on a budget and this hotel was perfect. It makes a huge difference being on Manhattan, so as long as you can stand the Asian smells on the sidewalk, everything from here is as accessible as anywhere else on m... wat mensen zeggen » anhattan. The metro is a 5 min walk away taking you to time square within 20mins or less. The room was large, clean and recently refurbished. The beds - I though the hotel was very clean, especially the rooms. The location was good, train stations were 3-4 blocks away which made getting around town easy. The neighborhood (Chinatown), although dirty was safe. Staff was friendly and tentative for the most part. The rooms, for being nyc were good size. There was not porter fee to pay for as a group booking.

  We came to marry in nyc and sent in advance a request to be on an upper floor. We were immediately replied and we were upgraded to a corner room. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by champagne in our beautiful room, and were also given treats later on. The staff were attentive to any question, request or whim we had. Those constructions did not affec - We had an amazing stay in nyc and it had a lot to do with our stay at The Standard. The staff was so service minded and helpful 24/7! Even though the lobby and restaurant was under construction the experience the hotel as a whole was very satisfying. It did not bother us at all.
