  zakenlui met een erg hoge standaard die de normale prijs betalen zullen misschien wat lagere punten geven aan dit hotel. Maar voor de prijs die wij betaalden was dit hotel zeker uitsekend. Ruime, propere en moderne kamer. - Het Hotel was prima, rusting met weinig lawaai/ verkeer en ander geluid, redelijk dicht bij Metro en veel eetgelegenheden.

We went to celebrate my partners 30th and they help arrange champagne and chocolate Strawberries for our arrival in the room and managed to upgrade us and give us an early check in. The plunge bar was very cool and had some cocktails which were great. Shame it wasn't the weather to use the pool :-( The rooms were immaculate a... wat mensen zeggen » nd cleaned and tidyed everyday which a turn down service which was nice after a busy day. When it came to leaving as we wasn't able to get back to ou - Loved the convenience of the drive up and valet, although $50 wa a little expensive. $265 room with 2 lunch salads and 1 small pot of coffee and a bottle of water (room service) and valet put the room charge to $460. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.

  Everything!! From location, to size of room, to value for money, everything was perfect! The lobby is always full of staff and customers but the staff is very efficient and always very helpful. From Concierge to Front desk to bellboy, they are committed to their work. Bravo! I travel extensively and was at first a bit worried about staying in this... wat mensen zeggen » huge, busy hotel, expecting an overwhelmed staff but it was not the case and I would definitely go there again and recommend it to many! - Unparalleled view of the WTC site, including the Pools and Freedom Tower, from most rooms. Continental breakfast was very tasty. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Checkin was very quick, and checkout can be done from the room. The room, and linens were very clean. No sign of bed bugs!

  We came to marry in nyc and sent in advance a request to be on an upper floor. We were immediately replied and we were upgraded to a corner room. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by champagne in our beautiful room, and were also given treats later on. The staff were attentive to any question, request or whim we had. Those constructions did not affec - We had an amazing stay in nyc and it had a lot to do with our stay at The Standard. The staff was so service minded and helpful 24/7! I asked for a room on a high floor and we ended up with the most amazing view which made our trip unforgettable. Even though the lobby and restaurant was under construction the experience the hotel as a whole was very satisfying. It did not bother us at all.
