  The staff was wonderful and very accomodating. We had originally been booked in a "pet building", I don't know how, we don't even have a pet. After spending one night listening to dogs barking and whining we requested to be moved to another room and a wonderful room was found for us on the 5th floor of another building. We will ask for that building next time we stay at the Springmaid Resort! - This was our first time at Springmaid Resort. It was a very pleasurable stay. The accomdations were all that we could have asked for. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They made us feel that they truly cared that we had a good experience at their resort. The view from our room was exactly what we were in Myrtle Beach for. I will recomend Springmaid Resort to my friends and look forward to visiting again.

  Location on the beach but shame there were no King size rooms with a sea view. If you go for the larger room option you lose the view! - Staff very friendly and responsive! Breakfast dining staff and food very good! - The staff were very helpful, specially when I over stayed my booking in error.

  The room was available immediately which is fantastic when you have kids. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The bar/ grill attendant was great.   I enjoyed the entire stay at the Patricia Grand. The ease and relaxation was very enlightening and our stay was very nice. - The sound of the waves is the best sound for me. I have a very hectic life but when I relax I downshift a few gears.

  I had one issue with the room and it was resolved asap. If we had more time we definetly would have stayed longer. - The staff was very nice and the rooms were great. Good location.

  Location is perfect. Close to everything going on but right on the outskirts of the craziness. Staff is phenomenal, after check out we had our stuff stolen from the beach but the staff was extremely helpful and helped locate our bags, even accommodating us with their facilities to shower and clean up before driving home. - The room and view was b... wat mensen zeggen » eautiful.
