Location is perfect. Close to everything going on but right on the outskirts of the craziness. Staff is phenomenal, after check out we had our stuff stolen from the beach but the staff was extremely helpful and helped locate our bags, even accommodating us with their facilities to shower and clean up before driving home. The room and view was beautiful. Perfect for our family, we could go and have alone time and still be in the room with the kids.

Room was clean, no problems!. The check in and check out process was smooth, no surprises (although there a long line while checking in). Oceanfront view Spacious Amenities. the location isall right. Good location. Only the location, however it was not worth staying there ever!. The beds in room 803 are ridiculously uncomfortable, the blankets are old, the couch was completely worn out and the air conditioner leaked making the room smell moldy. Otherwise room was clean. I can't imagine how difficult it would be to keep nice things in there when people don't care to treat it with respect. The price was about 150.00 more than planned. No broom in the room to sweep up sand. Parking is the only thing I didn't like. But that is a problem everywhere in Myrtle Beach. There are multiple properties named Atlantica resorts ( all owned by the same company). We checked in at 1700 North Ocean Blvd, but were asked to stay in 1708 North Ocean Blvd. The rooms were okay, but there was no cleaning service, no towels etc .. Parking Housekeeping. the problem is that we had to wait an extra hour and not let us stay an extra hour. No service at the Rooms ,this ppl do the beds ,towels And general cleaning every 3rd day, is a hotel rule And really sucks ! .. I call for service moré than 5 times And they never show up ."BAD staff and house keeping SERVICE". They never changed the linens. Change linens every three days last day called for clean towels they never arrived before checking out. Unsafe conditions, unclean room, unprofessional staff, unclean facilities, guys sitting in front of the entrance, poor parking. Very scary experience. You should take this resort off your list. There were several people at the front desk with complaints. Myrtle Beach is a beautiful place but this place has got to be one of the worst in the area.
