The location was amazing - just a few minutes walk to downtown, Mackinac Island Ferries, and Colonial Michilimackinac. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Very comfy bed! Breakfast was sufficient. Pool area was nice as well. -

The staff on the day we checked in were so helpful. When we checked out,
I really liked the two ladies at the desk, they were so nice and made me
feel that I was a special guest to them. -

Very late arrival but no problems at check in. Staff were very helpful at check in and check out. Clean rooms. A bit of wear and tear in the bathroom but not atypical for the price and location. We liked nearly everything about Mackinaw Beach and Bay Resort. A morning breakfast is provided, and it's good, but it needs a little variety. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are great and the view is amazing from your own private balcony. We liked it so much were going to go back again next year. -

Clarion has the best pillows ever and plenty of them. Each bed came with 4 pillows on them, plenty for people who like extra. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely no complaints regarding the cleanliness of the rooms. I felt very comfortable and clean. Overall, the Clarion is a great value for the money. -

The room we had was just beautiful! It was decorated in log cabin style and that is my favorite! The staff was so nice and very helpful. The breakfast was decent and everyone got enough to eat every morning. I have already recommended this hotel to friends and family! -

The receptionist was extremely helpful and even allowed us to check out later so that I could take a shower after running a marathon. Everything was great and we will certainly be back. -
