  We were charged for 2 nights when we only stayed one night, letsbookhotel.com changed our reservation by faxing Double Tree and they didnt acknoeldge it, I have my email with the confirmation on the change, Still nobody will respond to this. Im giving it a few more days before I contact someone higher up. We had a fabulous nights rest in the super comfy beds. The pool area is spectacular and very family friendly. And the ducks were so fun and memorable.   Our room was cool and clean, the pillows were so comfortable. The housekeeping staff were responsive, when we wanted our car from valet there were enough to accomodate everyone who needed them, everyone told you their name and asked if they could do anything else for us, we had dinner at Normans and it was one of the best meals we have had in a lo... wat mensen zeggen » ng time- our waiter was David and He was exceptional.   We loved the pool and lazy river. The room was comfortable and close proximity to the spa was great. Breakfast buffet was one of the best ever! - The hotel was luxurious and beautiful and the staff was very attentive and pleasant. The buffet beakfast was fantastic.
