  We were charged for 2 nights when we only stayed one night, letsbookhotel.com changed our reservation by faxing Double Tree and they didnt acknoeldge it, I have my email with the confirmation on the change, Still nobody will respond to this. We had a fabulous nights rest in the super comfy beds. The pool area is spectacular and very family friendly. And the ducks were so fun and memorable.   Our room was cool and clean, the pillows were so comfortable.   We loved the pool and lazy river. The room was comfortable and close proximity to the spa was great. Breakfast buffet was one of the best ever! - The hotel was luxurious and beautiful and the staff was very attentive and pleasant. The buffet beakfast was fantastic.
