the rooms were clean and neat. the air conditioning was excellent for 95 F weather. it was within a few miles to all of the tourist sites along the Mississippi.

The rooms were comfortable and cheery. Our room had a refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was ample and good.
The hotel has a book lending library which really impressed me. There were books for both adults and children. Both family friendly and business friendly. A nice place to relax and stay. -

The staff were very friendly and personable. Carolyn went out of her way to make sure our room would be available for our late arrival. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent and featured waffles, eggs and sausage in addition to the normal cold breakfast fare. We'll definitely stay here the next time we're in Dubuq

The facility was well cared for, I especially look at the shower/tub
tile area. Was impressed that the ice machine was inspected each am. The
woman at desk gave me written directions to the nearest church for
Sunday Mass. My sister said the bed was the best she ever slept on at a
motel. Also, there was no noise at night such as slamming doors, etc.

We has a river view which was great. The room was nice and quiet. The food at the motel was good. There is also a water park for the kids which is really nice. I would recommend this motel to any one planning to stay in Dubuque. We have stayed here twice over the years and have never had a complaint. -
