Customer service was outstanding ! Yes - location not very good but their service is beyond any luxury hotel. Good variety at the continental breakfast. Very close to the airport, but not in a noisy area. Staff very helpful and prompt. Free shuttles to and from LGA airport also a plus!

  Very clean hotel with friendly stuff. But personal almost invisible maybe cause we left a room for walking in NYC for all day. We stayed in weekend time and slept very well without any noises from the street. We haven't seen any racing on neighborhood, that mentioned in other travellers reviews.   When we arrived we were allowed to check in two hours early, and were given the choice of two different rooms - that was very kind and we got a big room as a result. The location is pretty great as long as you don't mind a bit of walking, but that's the same across New York. A bit expensive, but again, that's just New York. Just two blocks away from Time Square. Unbeatable for this price. Plenty of foodshops around. The staff: the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful (thanks Joey! ;-) + they can arrange transport to the airport, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back there on a next trip to NYC.
