Customer service was outstanding ! Yes - location not very good but their service is beyond any luxury hotel. We stayed in weekend time and slept very well without any noises from the street. We haven't seen any racing on neighborhood, that mentioned in other travellers reviews. I'd stay there again - you don't need much more than a clean and comfortable place to sleep if you're on a busy citybreak. - The location! Just two blocks away from Time Square. Unbeatable for this price. Plenty of foodshops around. The staff: the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful (thanks Joey! ;-) + they can arrange transport to the airport, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back there on a next trip to NYC.
