  The staff was very nice. I was totally lost & she offered to stay on the phone with me from 6 Flags NE to get us there. I was by myself with 3 children ages 8 to 11. It was dark and raining & I was horrified my GPS wasn't working. She totally helped me out. And the woman with the Irish accent is always a pleasure. She talked to my kids lik... wat mensen zeggen » e they were her own. Even gave them hugs when we left. Loved her!!! - We were able to get a room with two beds and a pull-out sofa to accommodate us and our two young children complete with breakfast at a very reasonable rate. It was also a very visually appealing hotel. The breakfast was both hot and cold and had plenty of options with protein as well as food for kids with allergies.

  This was a very good value hotel in an excellent location. At first glance, the location may seem a bit out of the way, but it is only a short walk across the river into downtown Hartford. We decided this was preferable to staying in one of the downtown hotels, as it was a quiet location and away easy to get to from the motorway. - My wife, baby ... wat mensen zeggen » daughter and I had a good stay at this conveniently located hotel only three minutes drive from downtown Hartford. We felt welcomed at the hotel and were even given a list of recommended places to eat, which proved helpful as we arrived after 9pm. I would happily stay at the hotel again.
