The staff was very nice. I was totally lost & she offered to stay on the phone with me from 6 Flags NE to get us there. I was by myself with 3 children ages 8 to 11. It was dark and raining & I was horrified my GPS wasn't working. She totally helped me out. And the woman with the Irish accent is always a pleasure. She talked to my kids like they were her own. Even gave them hugs when we left. Loved her!!!.
alle beoordelingen » We were able to get a room with two beds and a pull-out sofa to accommodate us and our two young children complete with breakfast at a very reasonable rate. It was also a very visually appealing hotel. The breakfast was both hot and cold and had plenty of options with protein as well as food for kids with allergies. There was a pool, free breakfast & the staff at the front desk were very friendly!! My kids loved talking to the woman with the Irish brogue. She was very nice & kept them very entertained. I think we stood talking to her for about a half hour. Everyone was so friendly and I couldn't believe how beautiful the hotel was for such a budget-friendly price!. The price. The management gave me some great advice for another nearby waterpark when Six Flags was too full. Tastefully furnished and designed suites. Excellent amenities. Extremely friendly staff. Very friendly courteous staff, extremely comfortable beds, very family-friendly. Staff was helpful and courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. friendly staff, very close to the airport. great breakfast, spacious rooms. Loved the white sheets and comforter. Shower was nice but needed to be cleaner. The room comfortably slept 5 which was perfect for us. The only thing I didn't like was the pool was very small. Other than that everything was great. Can't wait to come again next year when we hit the park again. The one challenge that we had was that the bathroom opened right at the foot of our son's bed and the nightlight that we had in there for him shone right in his face. So we had to slide the door closed a lot to cover the light but it meant that it made a lot of noise when we were going to the bathroom during the night. Also there were no soft lights. The big light was around the whole desk and lit up the whole room. It made it harder for some people to attempt to continue sleeping. Honestly there wasn't much not to like. But I will say the website does not do the place justice. All the pictures were blurry & I couldn't tell that the pool was indoors. (Of course left bathing suits at home) but other than that we loved it and definitely will be staying there again!!!. My son found a cockroach in the bathroom so I had to step on it! The pool was really small and there weren't enough towels for the pool guests. The pool was a bit too small. next to airport :(. Bathroom could have been cleaner.(mold). Aircraft noise- but not surprising at an airport.
