  The room was really comfortable, the bed was the best bed I have ever slept on in a hotel and the room was so well organised, location of television etc that we had everything we wanted.   Staff were efficient and friendly. Our room, overlooking the Pavilion Gardens, was clean, comfortable, warm and well fitted out. Location is excellent. We ate in the dining room and the wine bar - both good.
