  -Hotel is in the station, after you found it it's very very close to shinkansen station and some meter more from JR station. -you are 5 minute train from Osaka station (night life and lots of restaurants) and 30 minutes from Kyoto. -Room was very clean and not tiny: the walls of bathroom made of glass made the room even bigger (but there are tents... wat mensen zeggen » so you can close them if you want) -Great view from 17th floor, very nice huge window alongside the bed -bed was 1 1/2 so big and comfortable (single - Fantastic position inside Shin Osaka station. It is next to the central gate for the Shinkansen on level 3. Look for the Coffee Shop to the left of the gate - it's close to that. Immaculately clean, great staff, room was compact but had every convenience you would need. Definitely would stay here again.   It is 10 min walk from both Osaka and Umeda stations or 3 min from the nearest underground. Room service was excellent - everything was spotless. All the reception staff spoke English with sufficient fluency. As my title states, it is near the Catholic church which also has Sunday masses in English. There are a few small food stores around as well... wat mensen zeggen » . We had a room on the top floor overlooking Umeda Train Station. Every evening the city would lit up in spectacular fashion. Overall great experience - For the price the room was excellent. Though small like most hotels in Japan, it is slightly larger than the others we had stayed in ells where and it was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Absolutely a very pleasant surprise. The room was great with all the facilities, and it's very spacious compared to Japan's standard. The lounge on the 27th floor was just lovely. Location is also unbeatable: it's steps away from jr Osaka station and subway Umeda station.

  Nice ,fairly new hotel.location is good. 10 minute walk to herbis hotel where the airport limo bus station is. (Most convenient from kix airport as opposed to train where you have to change train)Below is dojima underground shopping center leading to all train stations and a lot of shops and restos.About 15 min walk to osaka station. Booked 2 single bed room which had a pullout sofa bed.over all it is a very good hotel and i would highly recommend it. - The very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman who received us at the front desk. Some thought has been given to ensure that the guests enjoy their stay: the pajamas and pretty slippers. Have been sharing with relatives and friends of this excellent hotel in Umeda.

  It is just 3 min walk right from subway station and we follow the direction from one of the reviews and it was correct and easy. The english sign is small but just look for green writing on the building then you won't miss it. Room is clean and standard for Japanese style. Not on the big space. We are happy with the price. There are some resta - Very clean, comfortable, near to both subway and JR stations. Has restaurants and convenient stores near to the hotel. Tenjinbashi-suji shopping street is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Many good eateries and a good shopping spot. Once you exit the hotel, turn right. Walk straight until you see a pedestrian only street that intersect the street you are walking on. You won't miss it. - Really frindly and helpful staff. The room was nice and big and a good bathroom with tub. The bed was comfortable and a desk with LAN access is provided. Arrival from Minami-morimachi Subway Station is really convenient. Tenmabashi station is a 20 min. walk away, from where you can get to Kyoto without a Shinkansen. Also you can reach Osaka Castle from here by another 15 minutes walking.

  Really close to Universal Studio, and next to Universal city station. It'll be a perfect place to stay if you want to go to Universal Studio. Many shops around the hotel, really convenient. The room is spacious. Easy to go to Osaka or Kyoto. You can come early, leave your luggages at the lobby, and the hotel will deliver your luggages to your room... wat mensen zeggen » at 3 pm (their check in time). - The view from our room was just so perfect! Universal Studio was so near we can see the whole park from the wide window. We can also see how beautiful Osaka is . But of course we love the Spa!!   Great, clean room. Fair size in Japan standards. Great spa on the roof available to guests for free, which I made use of almost every day. Staff speaks good English, which is also rare in Japan. - Design is very modern, hot spring in top floor is excellent. Drink machine in 7th floor with ice provided. Fantastic!! Staffs are nice and helpful.
