Immaculately clean, great staff, room was compact but had every convenience you would need. Definitely would stay here again.   It is 10 min walk from both Osaka and Umeda stations or 3 min from the nearest underground. Room service was excellent - everything was spotless. All the reception staff spoke English with sufficient fluency. As my title states, it is near the Catholic church which also has Sunday masses in English. Every evening the city would lit up in spectacular fashion. Overall great experience - For the price the room was excellent. Though small like most hotels in Japan, it is slightly larger than the others we had stayed in ells where and it was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and polite.

  It is just 3 min walk right from subway station and we follow the direction from one of the reviews and it was correct and easy. The english sign is small but just look for green writing on the building then you won't miss it. Has restaurants and convenient stores near to the hotel. Tenjinbashi-suji shopping street is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Many good eateries and a good shopping spot. Once you exit the hotel, turn right. Walk straight until you see a pedestrian only street that intersect the street you are walking on. You won't miss it. - Really frindly and helpful staff. The room was nice and big and a good bathroom with tub. The bed was comfortable and a desk with LAN access is provided. Arrival from Minami-morimachi Subway Station is really convenient. Tenmabashi station is a 20 min. walk away, from where you can get to Kyoto without a Shinkansen. Also you can reach Osaka Castle from here by another 15 minutes walking.

  Really close to Universal Studio, and next to Universal city station. It'll be a perfect place to stay if you want to go to Universal Studio. Many shops around the hotel, really convenient. The room is spacious. Easy to go to Osaka or Kyoto. Universal Studio was so near we can see the whole park from the wide window. We can also see how beautiful Osaka is . But of course we love the Spa!!   Great, clean room. Fair size in Japan standards. Great spa on the roof available to guests for free, which I made use of almost every day. Staff speaks good English, which is also rare in Japan. - Design is very modern, hot spring in top floor is excellent. Drink machine in 7th floor with ice provided. Fantastic!!
