  The Hotel is beautiful overall and room is comfortable and overlooking the garden. We enjoyed our stay. However there is a lot of mosquitos at night and my friend was unable to sleep due to the mosquitoes. After spraying the whole room many times then it was better. However she was scratching non stop the next day and it left red marks on her skin... wat mensen zeggen » . Sigh...didnt get much rest at night too, due to the mosquitoes. Everything is else is good. - Everything. The hotel is royal and majestic. I bet we cannot find another hotel like this for the same price. The staff were very friendly and helped me arrange a birthday cake and gift for my friend on his birthday. Thank you guys.

On 11 Sep. i had breakfast at the restaurant ground floor, While I was continued with my e-mail and didn't pay attention with my food on table.   The rooms where large with comfortable bed and quiet air conditioning. There was a locker in your room for your valuables though it felt very secure anyway with the outside doors being locked at 9 pm and almost always someone in reception. There is a kitchen available for use and you can buy drink sachets and noodles to prepare yourself. The staff... wat mensen zeggen » do not have good english but are friendly and helpful and will contact the owner if you want information, or he is usually available during the day t - This excellent small place manage by very very friendly couple and thay help us a lot during our very short stay there. there small hotel is very clean and tide and very close to the surabaya zoo and only 30 minutes drive away from the airport. even though staff cant cant speak good English, they are very friendly and helpful. I will stay again at this very friendly place and wishing them all the best.
