Loved the room, the service, the pool, the beautiful design of the hotel, and they got tricycle drivers just outside the hotel, specially assigned for the hotel guests of Melia, which can take you to shopping spots with cheap, hassle-free charge. - Loved the service and the room.   I have been staying here for many years as in my opinion it is the best located of any for access to Jakarta and the airport. The staff is always very nice and helpful. - Excellent location if you have to be in the SCBD or Senayan areas. Helpful staff, and the cost is not too bad for what you get.

  We were on holiday with an extended family of eight, all adults. Rooms were good and staff very friendly, especially the restaurant personnel. Ideal location to main shopping destinations.   I like the fact that it is just a walking distance from Kota Kasablanca, the new mall and close by the Ambassador Mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I also like that the facilities is almost complete and very suitable for a family stay with the reasonable price. Clean and easy to access.

  We were not pleased at all with the way they did their accounting. We paid a deposit for extra hours to stay the next day. Then after lunch with we askedto put on the account rhey chased us twice for money while asleep at the door also by phone. After it was settled with another deposit they came calling AGAIN at the door while we were resting. We... wat mensen zeggen » had a 23 hours flight ahead. I had broken my heel and was in a wheelchair I was NOT going anywhere. TOO much harrasement - Il servizio shuttle prenotato è impeccabile. Very good service, and amazing pickup service shuttle The hotel's driver was waiting for 2 hours with us at the lost and found, the airline lost his luggage The Hotel it's in a strategic position. Has a very good spa, swimming pool and sauna! It's not necessary to go in the City, if you plan to stay one day. Jakarta is crowded every day, a lot of traffic!! Rush hour may be 3 hour to go city.

  The Hotel is beautiful overall and room is comfortable and overlooking the garden. We enjoyed our stay. However there is a lot of mosquitos at night and my friend was unable to sleep due to the mosquitoes. After spraying the whole room many times then it was better. However she was scratching non stop the next day and it left red marks on her skin... wat mensen zeggen » . Sigh...didnt get much rest at night too, due to the mosquitoes. Everything is else is good. - Everything. The hotel is royal and majestic. I bet we cannot find another hotel like this for the same price.   Great staffs - was welcomed with cold face towel to freshen up and a glass of mocktail drink. Pleasant, lovely front desk people. The room was spacious and the king bed was ultra-comfy. Bathroom was clean and functional. I got the room which was facing the Kartika Resort next door and it was very quiet and peaceful. No noise problem at all. Short... wat mensen zeggen » walking distance to Centro / Discovery Mall and WaterBom.Have to walk further around 1km to reach central Kuta, Hard Rock Cafe and Beachwalk mall. Cu - We had a long stop over between flights before getting on a red-eye (and husband was sick), so we opted for a few hours in a comfortable hotel instead of waiting around. Best idea we've ever had. Hotel was very clean and comfortable and we were able to get a good rest before a long flight onwards. Only 5 minutes drive (depending on Kuta traffic) from the airport and price was excellent. Location is great and it was a shame Husband wasn't feeling better or we could have explored the area a bit.
