  The Hotel is beautiful overall and room is comfortable and overlooking the garden. We enjoyed our stay. However there is a lot of mosquitos at night and my friend was unable to sleep due to the mosquitoes. After spraying the whole room many times then it was better. However she was scratching non stop the next day and it left red marks on her skin... wat mensen zeggen » . Sigh...didnt get much rest at night too, due to the mosquitoes. Everything is else is good. - Everything. The hotel is royal and majestic. I bet we cannot find another hotel like this for the same price. The staff were very friendly and helped me arrange a birthday cake and gift for my friend on his birthday. Thank you guys.

  Great location, very close to Tunjungan plaza (2 mins walk). There is also a big supermarket with foodcourt very nearby. TV have quite a good selection of channels. - No complaints about the room size with the amount paid. I have no problems with a windowless room either as I don't care about the traffic noise.

The art is a nice touch, never a boring moment. On 11 Sep. i had breakfast at the restaurant ground floor, While I was continued with my e-mail and didn't pay attention with my food on table.   I chose this hotel because of the price and the location. The room were small but just nice for me. The bed is very comfy, air-conditioned and with free wifi. I heard there were complaints as some room does not have any windows. So don't forget to request for a room that has one if you want a window.   Excellent lady Catering Sales Manager who should be the Guest relations Manager, she is such a good host.The hotel is currently under going some renovation but have ensured guests are minimally inconvenienced. The renovated rooms are designed with a very modern format and are quite adequate. The family rooms are very cost effective and can actuall... wat mensen zeggen » y sleep four adults and one small child. - I booked 4 superior rooms and was pleasantly surprised that we were all upgraded to the Royale Suite Floors. Not only that we were each given a suite at no extra charge. We were entitled to use the "restaurant" at the 14th Floor for our breakfast, light snacks and drinks served uo to 7pm. The suite is BIG and clean with all the complimentary tooth brushes etc.
