The Hotel is beautiful overall and room is comfortable and overlooking the garden. We enjoyed our stay. However there is a lot of mosquitos at night and my friend was unable to sleep due to the mosquitoes. After spraying the whole room many times then it was better. However she was scratching non stop the next day and it left red marks on her skin

Everything. The hotel is royal and majestic. I bet we cannot find another hotel like this for the same price. The staff were very friendly and helped me arrange a birthday cake and gift for my friend on his birthday. Thank you guys.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. All facilities were very nice - room, fitness center, pool, restaurant area. The breakfast had a great variety - suitable for both local and international palettes. It's just next to a nice community park as well. -

There was a locker in your room for your valuables though it felt very secure anyway with the outside doors being locked at 9 pm and almost always someone in reception. there small hotel is very clean and tide and very close to the surabaya zoo and only 30 minutes drive away from the airport.
even though staff cant cant speak good English, they are very friendly and helpful. I will stay again at this very friendly place and wishing them all the best.
