Located in the centre of Malang City this guest house very handy to go city sight seeing, food and transport. This brand new accommodation is very clean and have nice simple-basic interior. Having good quality of amenities and room equipment (consider as budget accommodation). Even though the room does not have a window, we could enjoy the clean and fresh room. The room big enough compare with other similar budget hotel. Like to come back.

Location - close to the city center and not far from main sightseeings. Customer-oriented stuff which is always willing to assist you on different matters. Overall, very clean and cozy hotel with comfortable rooms and good bathrooms. Nice room, clean. The staff was very nice and helped us arrange a tour to Bromo. We arrived early in the morning and they gave us a room as soon as possible. We left in the night and they made us a packed breakfast, great!. Clean and comfy with its good mattress. They take a good care of the furniture. Everything looks like brand new. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. Surely will comeback to stay there. The first impression is like staying at a relative's house. The atmosphere is warm, the room was large and clean, the staff friendly and very helpful. Strategic location. It was like having a second home. My room on the thrid floor was excellent for my needs. As well, there was a misunderstanding in terms: bed=mattress, and a problem upon check-out, when the reception couldn't finalize for some time with the rooms department if nothing was absence. There was some noise coming from the back of the hotel, dogs barking the whole time. No wifi in the room. Not enough pressure of water from shower and bidet shower. ve waited a little longer to get hot water. Maybe the water pressure could be better and also to have hot water in the sink would be beneficila. - Nothing much except that we lost our way back to the hostel a couple of times. At breakfast food is quite often cold. Well as a smoke free hotel, staff should not give out ashtrays at the restaurant, esp when one has to sign an indemnity for not smoking. Large groups of well dressed 'villagers' ie with village habits shld not be allowed to have a party outside their rooms at all hours, with the attendant Indo habit of smoking in the hallways with children running around and fiddling with every door handle. As it was our last (of 3 ) days, I was quite glad to leave. Quite a pity. Lift was not working..got room at 3rd floor, using stairs with baby and young child was not really fun. Nothing dislike!!!. The water heater in my bathroom was not working well; there was no internet connection at my room yet we can connect to internet at the lobby or dining area. - breakfast always same. Nothing. No windows at room so I cannot look to outside and didn't now day or night at the outside. in the middle of the night there is a crowded sound from across the street. No aircon in the rooms and the hotel doesnt have an addrress so its hard to find with gps. Quantity of room are limited, almost full book everyday. No lift. Breakfast was a disaster!. Nothing it was perfect in every way !. Breakfast was poor, although the food was good, very little to choose from. Located 20 minutes from Alun-Alun square (walking). Mostly nothing I do not like it. none. Nothing. Staff doesnt needs hide the Jam and Butter under desk - it can stays open for eating breakfast !!. no pool???. Extra bed not proper Wifi doesnt work. Can't access wifi in the room. No WiFi in room, bedroom not protected from street noise and early morning light. Simple breakfust. facilities (but was our own fault, didn't look good when we were booking). Charges should be paid according to no of nights u stayed in NOT no of nights u booked.the balance of booking fees should be paid back to customer. in my opinion the normal price if no voucher is too expensive, almost the same as staying at the hotel. Can one really dislike something in a hotel which shares you between 15 to 25 EUR per night ?!. There was a big Malang festival just outside the window of our room. We did not sleep at all. The hotel staff did not warn us at the moment of check in, although they knew very well of the festival. Worst hotel stay I ever had.
