A standout for me was my interaction with staff members. Having flexibility on a business trip is critical and they went out of their way to accommodate my requests and ensure everything was set up and ready to go. I also enjoyed the conference rooms and the set up there - very efficient service and a great training venue. -

The room was very comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel is very conveniently located at the harbour, close to restaurants and main attractions. Perfect for a couple's weekend away or for single travellers. -

Onsite parking, lovely friendly and helpful reception staff (Sean and Chris), fabulous room with little courtyard, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, comfy bed, fab facilities, great location, would definitely stay there again, absolutely loved it!! -
Very accommodating at check in. I was able to park my car there early, well before check in, which allowed me to roam without having to pay for expensive parking. Check in was available early but I just went to one of the many pubs on the waterfront instead.

The apartment had everything necessary for our stay in Hobart. it was spacious and comfortable, in a good position for walking around the Harbour and Central city areas. We booked an apartment at the Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel because (a) it was very central to everything, (b) because we grew up on Vic. sheep properties in the 1940-60s and farmed sheep with Tasmanian bloodlines for wool ourselves and (c) because letsbookhotel.com offered great book-ahead specials.

Everything that you needed whilst on Holiday was basically walking distance.

Location was awesome - absolutely lived up to the pictures, and we loved it. The space was also good - we had two separate apartments with a connecting door. - the staff very nice, design of the bedroom very good, lot of good amenities like a washing machine, a oven, tea coffee, blanket and so on

The stayed in a harbour view 1 bedroom villa on the 3rd floor. The villa itself was absolutely beautiful, spacious, clean, great amenities, modern, with the most spectacular view over the harbour from the balcony / lounge. This is the perfect Hotel. Everything was just right. It is new and modern and comfortable. All Staff were very professional and friendly. The Breakfast was just right and the WiFi was Free and reliable. I could not recommend this Hotel highly enough. Very good value for money. I will make an effort to get back to Hobart just to stay there again.

We were made to feel welcome the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was amazing and we were upgraded due to an anniversary. The location is great, close to everything. parking convenient. Highly recommend staying here. I know I will again.
