Having flexibility on a business trip is critical and they went out of their way to accommodate my requests and ensure everything was set up and ready to go.   The staff were amazing and outgoing. The waiters of the revolving restaurant were unbelievablely friendly and made the entire trip. A middle aged man who brought our room service more than the other hotel waiters (I apologize I don't remember his name) was excellent, friendly and we enjoyed his company.
