Love how close the beach was.. the views of the beach was a plus from our room. The mall and restaurants was a block away the playgrounds for our kids was across the road, but even having a washing machine and a clothes dryer in your room is a big plus when you have kids, I love that we could cook in our room and you have everything you need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner my family and I love it will stay again... :).
alle beoordelingen » Extremeley friendly staff at reception. Always helpful and pleasant. Can't praise them highly enough. Location is amazing. Beach across the road, shops a few minutes walk. Excellent restaurants also a few minutes walk. Apartment very clean, speactacular views across the beach and park opposite. Nicely appointed. Good facilites. BBQ very clean, and excellent organisation re booking times etc. Pool beautifully clean. Value for money. Spacious, clean and comfortable with breathtaking views of the horizon. Beach was probably 20 steps from the appt. It was so near the beach we woke to the sound of crashing waves every morning. Walking distance to restaurants yet away from the hustle and bustle so we get a good nights rest. We missed the check-in cut-off time on Anzac day but the manager attended to our queries anyway. I enjoyed the Tallisman, we came with friends who hv had a bad time with the death of their son and Judy recovering from a Cancer op. It was the ideal place for them to chill out thanks for the staff and beautiful apartment therefore we hv booked for next year, hopefully under better circumstances thank you and Merry Xmas and Happy Healthy New Year to All Claudia Hardie. The curtains were all closed in the rooms. When we drew back the curtains in the lounge, what a view, it was breath taking. You could not have asked for a better stocked kitchen for crockery, utensils etc. It was sad that we only had 3days there for the last unexpected journey of our holiday. Our apartment was centrally located close to the beach and a short walk to the shopping area. The apartment views were excellent we could watch the surf and at night time see the city lights. The apartment was clean with all amenties available sadly we didn't get to the sauna maybe next year. Fabulous location! Walking distance to Broadbeach shops and restaurants. Absolute beachfront. The location the wonderful, people at the front desk were friendly and VERY helpful, the cleanliness of the whole building both inside and out. The whole stay was a wonderful experience one that MUST be repeated. Thank you to ALL for making our holiday even more memorable. Views are great, good sized apartment, older style but functional and clean with execellent outdoor facilities and pool etc. Great location close to shops, beach, entertainment, food and great walking/exercise opportinities. The ocean views were amazing not to mention the city views. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - across the road from the beach and within a short walking distance to Broadbeach cafes. The apartment was clean and modern, with beautiful views of the ocean. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything you could want. The patrolled beach was just over the road, I could keep an eye on my teenagers from the balcony without them knowing. The unit had everything you needed. Beautiful 8th floor apartment although not freshly painted or renovated was in very good condition with airconditioning. The views from the raparound balcony were absolutley amazing and breathtaking. Would definately return. During our 3 nights stay, we really enjoyed this apartment. And it was also our 2nd time stayed here. Great view, comfortable room, nice heated swimming pool and spa; close to the beach, shopping mall, kids playground. The apartment was very comfortable and clean and the view was fantastic. Just that the room was dated. The rooms were abit dark, light in the master bedroom had blown so we had to rely on the bedside lamps. Walk-in wardrobe was musky. Toilets were dated. There was not hot water until we realised we had to turn it on at the main. The water was excellent when we did get hot water. Not a major issue really. 2nd bedroom had a fan only and was too hot in the mornings It needs an air conditioner However, everything else is perfect. Nothing. 1. bathrooms are bit small and old.; 2. we thought it's queen size bed but it's just a double bed. People banging their doors when coming in and out of their units and gathering in the hall ways and talking loudly. Have not had this problem when staying on higher level floors (stayed on level 6). Too windy in winter on the side of the building our unit was on to spend much time on the balcony but in summer time it would be great. Normally we stay on the other side of the building which is protected from the wind and you can look up towards Surfers Paradise. Pool too heated on warmer days. Apartment looking very tired in need of renovating. Apartment we had needs a makeover with paint and bathrooms could be updated. Our apartment didn't have air conditioning and as on 21st floor was okay as sea breeze and fans in bedrooms but would of been nicer with air conditioning. Would still stay there again. Is was hard to find fault. Decor a little dated and cane furniture a little uncomfortable. Old fashioned locks on doors seemed a bit brittle. Only small things. Facing South. The weather wasn;t the best but they can work on that.. Bed was a bit too firm for my liking. bathroom dated with low flow shower head and poor ventilation. Would have liked blockout curtains, so I could sleep for a little longer. The hallways smelt musky apart from that we liked our stay. the rain. Dated decor compared to pictures online. Noisy roundabout outside my bedroom window. going home!. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again. Double bed could have been Queen was a bit tight. No bathroom only ensuite would have been nice to have a bath. n/a.
