We loved the proximity of the hotel to shopping centres and having a bus stop at the front door was an added bonus. The resort owners were friendly and approachable, taking the time to ask how everything was going. I was working at the centre across the road for the Metcash show. Easy walking distance and all eating places didn't have to drive anywhere, I will rebook next year if I need to go again.

Quiet, excellent location, super friendly and helpful managers, lovely pool and spa, well appointed and clean apartment, comfortable bed. casual walk to "eat street" on broadbeach dinning shopping, buses and pac fair.The staff were extremely helpfull. very central, close to shops & restaurants ,close to the beach ,bus stops at the gate. Secure undercover parking. W/M dryer included in apartment. Very helpful managers,close to eat out area and shops,beach. Location - close to shops and beach, but not too noisy. Close to town center. Relaxed environment. Spaciouse rooms. the location. Wonderful location! Surrounded with all kinds of stores, restaruants. Only couple minutes walking distance to Broadbeach, with lots of shopping mall around. Very close to Surfer Paradise too! Reception is very helpful, the lady gave us lots of useful travel information and even a further discount voucher--good for people who loves shopping. We came at a weekend plus a bank holiday, so missed to check in, but everything had been arranged well and safe. Last but not least, room size is more than . There wasn't anything we didn't like. Nothing really. Had a great time. Nothing. The stove top was a little old. nothing at all would stay there again. A glitch in booking caused some worries - amendment didn't go through which resulted in message about overstaying. Little things in the room - no toilet paper, tissues, dirty iron. nothing. Could not get conditioner to work on cold. A bit dated. No lifts. Can be noisy at times... between rooms. We had a great time staying here. Only problem is about check-in time. At weekends and bank holiday, reception only opens couple hours, while check-in time is sometimes later than reception open hours. But you still can talk to after hour reception through phone. So it is not a big problem. Just a kind reminder to those people who plan to check in at weekends shall beware this. Another small thing is floor and curtain are a bit dusty when we arrive.
