The 2 bedroom apartment was really comfortable with a well fitted kitchen, plenty of space and fantastic views. Tennis courts were great. The location of the apartment was fabulous. Great to have Austar available. Really appreciated having the sandcastle equipment available in the room too. Lovely touch to have the welcome pack of food. The family loved the spacious and clean accomodation as well as the fact that it is centrally located and across the road from the beach. The staff were very helpful throughout the duration of the stay.

It was the quiet side of the building too. excellent , thank you. The location was fantastic and our view of the Gold Coast was amazing! Ask at the reception for any special deals on the theme parks, they will sell you tickets. Well worth it!. Have stayed before and wanted to stay for longer. Great location, fantastic views and a good rate for well equipped 2 bedroom apartments. Look forward to our next visit. The whole unit was spotless and everything was there that we needed to cook plus the washing machine and clothes horse, made everything so easy. Proximity to the general vibe of Broadbeach with beach and restaurants at the doorstep. Fantastic during the Blues Festival!. Position was great. Just across the road from the beach and shops. For a family apartment its a shame not to have a DVD player available. All things that can be easily fixed. No hand towels (very petty gripe). Few lights out in our rooms!!!!!! absolutely nothing, everything was fantastic, thank you. Our room was comfortable but it was a little dated decor. Wifi was only available from the ground floor reception. Nothing. The oven didn't work after I had prepared a meal which could only go in the oven to cook!! 2nd bathroom floor was always wet after showering. The weather. Not having more time to spend there. Nothing. carpet smelt unclean and mould in one of the bathrooms. pillows and linen needed to be upgraded also the beds. Smell of neighbour smoking on verandah. Bathrooms both in need of an update - clean & functional, but detracted from an otherwise fabulous unit. nothing. Differing furniture styles (and quality) in the 4 rooms we booked. Staff not as friendly as past trips. - not much. Maybe a bit more communication between reception and guests if their is a problem. nothing really = Broadbeach is an excellent holiday spot. Was on level 11 ,should have asked when I booked for nothing above the 5th floor,a little uncomfortable with heights. - no daily cleaning provided but fresh towels everyday - no Free Wifi in room. smoke smell in apartment from smokers below. Noise at the back appartments early mornings. Air-Conditioner unsatisfactory. pools a bit cold!! even indoor pool. Stay wasn't long enough. no wifi in room. Abit old in style. Our unit was rather tired...I felt a need to update bathroom facilities. Shower taps...need update as does the limited space in the 2nd bathroom. Our room was not cleaned well at all. Mould in the bathroom, coke splattered all over wall and TV. No TV remote, broken shower head in ensuite. Very tired apartment. The furnishings were old and very worn. The bed was lumpy, sagging and impossible to sleep on. I slept on the sofa - my wife struggled through. There was only ac in the lounge which was very misleading. The bathrooms were appalling and the water pressure non existent. All in all very dissapointing compared to the descriptions. the room was very tied. need renovation. - VERY noisy (street noise) even though we were on the 27th floor. - Our room (27F) hasn't been renovated or updated since the place was built (in the 70s judging by the decor).
