We saw whales from our appartment. Views were great. Walking distance to local dining restaurants, Woolies, Pacific Fair and Jupiters Casino. We did walk to Caville Av from here. Not bad for a 40+ couple...haha. Location was perfect. Ocean views from bedroom, living areas and even the kitchen sink! Easy walk to many restaurants, coffee shops and all shopping needs without being in the busiest part of Broadbeach.

Awesome spot, nice to wake up with ocean views, easy walk along the beach to surfers paradise, highly recommend have stayed here two years in a row!. We were there for the blues and it was so easy, within walking distance and the staff friendly and helpful.Our car was secure.A great weekend. great value, we were looking for somewhere to base ourselves for girls weekend and it was perfect. great location, lovely beach views. Location location close to beach a million dollar view and close to shops and cafes and we will be back nexted year. The Apartments had everything you could possibly want. The outside area including the pool,BBQ area were great. kids liked the pool and spa and bbq area was really nice room was perfect size for us liked the modern kitchen. Some cutlery were dirty and had food stains on them. An air freshener can help. dont mind that it was bit dated, you get what you pay for. Only thing to complain about was outdoor furniture, literaaly coudnt sit on it(rm 32) so a comfy chair would have been nice to enjoy the view with a glass ofwine!. Needs upgrading in some areas and need more cleaning done in the apartment. the bed was abit hard. The lack of stuff there was nobody to talk to or ask questions. Disappointed with the level of cleanliness, the amount of dust on the shirting boards, the grim on the doors and around the light switches. The ceiling fan didn't work in main bedroom. The apartment looked a bit tired ready for a repaint. You may like to check to see if the date is still written on top of the fridge in the dust. Address these issues and I would absolutely recommend to others. Cleaners called out loudly and entered the apartment without our permission. Suggest prior notification of when apartment would be serviced. A few things in apartment not functional...blind in kitchen,missing globes in downlights,dishwasher leaked,mould on curtains,locks on sliding doors inoperable. Room Decor a little tired and dated but no real problem. Not staying longer. The carpark. A few minor maintenance issues - kitchen light, leaking fridge. No TV in the bedroom but we survived. No iron for clothes Refuse room not very pleasant to walk into not cleaned. Felt it could have done with a spring clean. nothing. Room was a little bit damaged in places. No DVD player in the apartment. Hard couch. Room could need a lick of paint - but otherwise very good. Lift made some strange noises. Overpriced for older apartment. Curtains poor qualitity far to much light in the morning. No salt or pepper in contains. Tv to small. Wifi poor reception. I am glad I was only there for 2 night and didn't need to do much cooking cos the appliances were probably older than I am. I don't know if all of your rooms are the same or that one is privately owned but money definitely needs to be spent on some new appliances!!. Had trouble with lockbox after late arrival but on site manager was quick to assist. Unit was a little bit tired - furniture was well worn and in need of an update. apartments a bit tired. Also bathrooms could have been cleaner. Furnishings in apartment old and dated Not full equipped kitchen Not cleaned properly. *No reception 3/4's of the time *Room had a constant mouldy odour no matter how much we aired it out. *4 of the 5 make-up globes werent even there . *no replacement toilet roll :(. Couch unclean. Couch cushions unclean. Dead fly on kitchen sink. Double bed uncomfortable. Bed pillow too thick. Bathroom water temperature gauge loose. Curtain blind rod loose - screws found on floor (baby toddler found it ). Tiled floor in dining room was left unclean (loose hair). Carpet in lounge not vacuumed well. It was freshly painted and smelt the whole time. Lights blown no hot water and very old fashioned. Bed extremely uncomfortable. Budget style accomodation. This place was dirty and old! Although the pool area was nice, I would definitely not return!!!. Very dirty. Nothing worked Hot water ran out every night after 5 min.
