The room was a good size and what appeared to be in a new part of the hotel . We certainly tested their 24hr service as due to a hectic schedule we checked in, following a call to them earlier in the evening, at nearly 1am. l'eleganza - Overall lovely hotel - modern and clean comfortable rooms, fast service and helpfull staff, good quality food served till late and quick room service. Really enjoyed our stay, would stay again and recommend to others - although the hotel is huge and was very busy it was immaculately clean at all times and very friendly .

Rooms and Beds were extremely comfortable! Lovely bathrooms, excellent breakfast, professional friendly staff. Very helpful at all times.

Never ever stop providing the toiletries, in my opinion they are just one of the small luxuries that make the stay more enjoyable. ( It's the little things that count).x x
