The staff are friendly, easy access to a restaurant, the staff reserve a table for you should you wish to eat at the restaurant. As a PI guest, we had a voucher which gave us a buy one get one free at the restaurant which was great! Obviously, this was a promotion, so we're not sure how often this happens. disabled room at short notice on a bank holiday weekend. Have stayed at
a few premier locations, but, I think this one rates very highly all
round. Well done to all the staff from booking til leaving. Will be

We arrived after a long journey which was held up by bad accident. Staff were friendly and welcoming and got our booking sorted quickly so we could relax and enjoy a meal and drinks at the bar. Bar staff were very accommodating and very helpful bearing in mind we were very tired. Any queries were quickly investigated and sorted. Excellent service

sockets etc. Theres a pub-grub type restaurant ideal for when youre just
passing through and dont want to have to venture out, and breakfast was
excellent. Great option for the money. -
Absolutely brilliant experience. Knowledgable and friendly staff, who welcoming and helpful. Cleanliness was second to none, restaurant very good. When my husband had a bit of a choking fit he was brought a glass of water without having to ask. Felt very looked after. Can't give you enough praise. Breakfast excellent too.

We certainly tested their 24hr service as due to a hectic schedule we checked in, following a call to them earlier in the evening, at nearly 1am. Location - great for train station, city centre shopping and a 10 minute walk to De Monfort Hall. Do not be put off by the outside appearance of the building.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes on foot from the railway station and the city center. Breakfast is served from early in the morning till 10 a.m. If no hot food is left, the staff is ready to cook it for you very quickly. It is possible to leave the luggage in a secure area and collect it later. The hotel serves dinners till 9 p.m. The room is spacious, comfortable, quiet, has air conditioning and a table if you need to work. WiFi is available for additional price and works fast.

The staff were very helpful as my mother had been taken into hospital and I did not know if I had to go on to london. In the end i did not. - Straight forward booking and the service provided was excellent

Excellent value room (413) which was clean and tidy. Lovely modern
bathroom with walk in shower Bed was comfortable but wish they would
forfeit a little space for a king bed! We always stay here if the price
is right when needing to stay in the heart of the city. Breakfast

I stayed at the Ibis with a couple of friends to watch the ManCity/Leicester Cup game.
The Hotel is spotless,the staff are really friendly,the room was clean and comfortable,perfect location,and excellent value for money.
We would recommend this Hotel to anyone.
If we were looking for a City break elsewhere,Ibis would be first Hotel to look for. -

Very good value for money. Excellent location (close to the train
station). The room is very practical with ample space (for two),
relaxing beds, and a very acceptable shower. The staff was friendly, and
the price very good (35 pounds per night). If other Ibis hotels are like
that, they can count as in as future customers.
