The room was lovely and spacious, comfortable and warm. As a sole traveller I had a twin room with settee and TV. The en suite bathroom was spacious with plenty of hot water. It felt like a home from home. Beautiful decor. Very close to town and all amenities. Friendly and helpful owners. I shall visit again when I am next

This was our first experience of a B&B rather than a hotel and we were extremely impressed. Old Ivy is a renovated 13th century building and it is finished beautifully.
Pat & Tim were very warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. They even left a card and chocolates in our room as it was our anniversary, which we really appreciated.
Breakfast was lovely.
We just wish we had been staying longer.

Staff so friendly. You were made to feel so welcome and everything was explained clearly. There was plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Everywhere was spotless. There is much to like about this B and B. The hosts offer a large room with a large and comfortable bed which looks gorgeous as you enter the room. Beautiful white bedspread with big luxiously thick towels neatly wrapped in ribbon. It is perfect! A lovely bathroom with the best shower and bath.
Breakfast is very generous and served on a beautifully laid table. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality.

Situated in a splendid location the Nevill Arms visitor is greeted by friendly, welcoming and attentive staff.
The rooms are well appointed, bright and airy with facilities not always found in some more expensive hotels.
The menu has choices to suit all tastes; the food was very well presented using quality locally sourced produce.
Our only regret was that our stay was too short.
