Although a very old building our room was spacious, quiet and furnished with high quality furniture. The staff were extremely welcoming. Breakfast was really delicious and cooked to order on this visit as there were few guests the night we stayed. This was our second stay at this hotel and we will definitely book here on our next visit to Hayling

Comodita' - It's a comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast is also excellent. We have stayed there several times and have enjoyed the restful atmosphere. - The helpful attitude of the hotel staff, and the rooms were clean pleasant, the breakfast provided was first class, as was the parking provided.

The room was spotlessly clean. Everything needed was provided in the room. It was wonderful to be able to go straight into the restaurant without going via reception. -
The staff was amazing! They helped us figure out how to find a launderette, Highclere Castle and gave tips about the way to Stonehenge. High marks for them!

Warm welcome despite a late arrival. Charming staff who were most helpful and friendly - as was the landlady.
The rooms were large, well appointed and very comfortable.
The food was excellent.
Overall it is an hotel that punches well above it two star rating in all respects -

I booked a quad room because a friend was going to join me later and it was the right choice. We had plenty of room, the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was very clean.The restaurant was next door and included a pub. All the staff, including the ones in the restaurant were helpful and friendly. A very enjoyable stay. -

The staff were great and very attentive. Food choice was excellent if a little pricey on some items. Rooms were decorated to a high standard with very comfy beds. Great access to the A303 made it an ideal location for Thruxton Motor Circuit. Would definitely stay again
