  Everything. The location is excellent, only a few minutes from the centre of Durham but it is quiet and easy to find a parking space. The staff are ver friendly and helpful. I stayed in the Edwardian Express room which was beautifully appointed, Thornton's truffles and a wide selection of teas awaited me. Breakfast in the stylish, cosy dining room w - Staff were brilliant - friendly, welcoming and really made our stay at Gadds Townhouse special and set it apart from other hotels. Linda and Stephen were particularly friendly and accomodating in the daytime, but the evening staff were also great. We stayed in the Bijoux Loft room which was lovely.
