La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, l'appartamento era nuovo e molto pulito, la zona è a pochi passi dal centro e la spiaggia è raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi. Ci tornerei. Consigliatissimo! -

We liked everything. Comfortable function room - studio, balcony with a
table - for excellent breakfast in the morning=), nice view of the
mountains, a sense of authenticity of a small Italian town. Very
courteous, responsive girl at the reception, which timely sent us the
information on passwords for late check-in. All recommend. -

Staff cortese e disponibile(specialmente Moreno); appartamenti dotati di più comfort, ben posizionati e con terrazzino privato per piacevoli pasti e momenti di relax. Ci siamo trovati molto bene tanto da prolungare di 2gg la nostra vacanza. Dalla reception abbiamo sempre ricevuto un premuroso trattamento. Torneremo sicuramente!!! Grazie di tutto.

Ci hanno lasciato restare il giorno della partenza anche il pomeriggio, senza pagare un extra, perchè non avevano arrivi il giorno successivo.

We only stayed one night this time, regretfully, as we were welcomed by Fabbio and made to feel comfortable in his beautifully converted guest house. The views were stunning and it was only a few minutes from the coast.
Our apartment was great and we enjoyed our short stay. We will definitely go back in the Spring or Summer.

Quiet night was a great place to stay, It was close to cinque terre but
a more affordable option rather than staying in the little towns, the
rooms are very modern and clean, the owner is amazing, so friendly, she
goes out of her way to help in anyway possible! Provides all maps,
directions and advice on the whole area, also recommended a beautiful
place for us to visit which we were not aware of and we loved it, thank
you so much we loved it!

The hotel is located pretty much in the center, everything important was reachable in walking distance.

The hotel was extremely close to te train station and we had no problems finding it. Once we checked in we were taken to our apartment which was a minutes walk away from the pizzeria. The room was spacious extremely clean with a nice view of the main square and the city and mountains. Loved our stay. The owners (lady at the reception) was extremel

La Spezia as the city is mostly harbour place so you really can see eveyrthing there in one day. But it is very good to stay there and visit different places: Lerici, Portovenere, Cinque Terre. We liked this place even there was a noise from the streets ( it is very frequent restaurant place as well) but we just slept there and it was fine. Breakfast were really delicious and everything was just fine:)
