Charming village on the verge of abandon in the back hills of Imperia. Very friendly and helpful young landlady who spoke very good English and equally friendly elderly ladies helping with the service. Beautiful restoration and decoration, delicious breakfast with local products, lovely afternoon tea with lots of choice in real teas, not teabags!

An excellent hotel, away from the crowds in a pretty village. A picturesque church, locals bar (very friendly) and a frogs chorus in the evening added to a really enjoyable stay. Elena the owner helped us plan our days. We enjoyed the recommendations of the restaurant at Imperia, the market town of Pieve di Teco and the beach at Alassio. This must be the ultimate agriturismo with amazing views down to Levanto, but only 5 minutes away from the centre by car. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and starting the day with a good breakfast on the sunny terrace looking down to the sea makes the holiday even more enjoyable. The outdoor pool and spa are set on a lower terrace with great views also down to the town and the sea. It was just perfect! A really luxurious hotel with it's own beach
which is located on the other side of road and you can get there using a
roofed-bridge. The food in Eden Roc restaurant was amazing! Usually when
abroad I prefer to eat in different places to try more and to see new

It is down a windy, very narrow dirt road overgrown with plants. -
We stayed at this hotel on our way to Portofino, as there were no other better options close to the village. Options more close to Portofino were either too expensive or more inferior, including shared toilets etc. So this hotel was a perfect stay for comfort. The rooms and the bathroom were very cleans and beds comfortable. The hotel also offers a kitchen area where you can cook and store your stuff. Breakfast was not great, but I can still sat that it was OK.

Siamo capitati in questo piccolo paradiso per caso e siamo stati accolti da una bella sorpresa! Si trova in un contesto bellissimo di stile, eleganza e romanticismo. L'accoglienza della Signora Fabiana era calorosa e professionale. Ci ha pure offerto un aperitivo di benvenuto!! La colazione con delizie particolari era formidabile. The B&B being on the top floor of a former palace in the heart of old Genoa is the perfect location for a city break. It's close to everything including the train station.
