We had a 1 year old with us and was given the room most suitable, even though we only booked the night before our arrival. The room was big enough for all our luggage, pram and cot - The location, the decor, the amenities in the bathroom, a proper shower, the 4-poster bed and, most of all, the friendly and very helpful staff.

We were met at the door by a member of staff who was extremely friendly and helpful with good information about Lucca. Later we had an issue with a door handle which was dealt with promptly. We had a minor problem in our bathroom and brought it to the staff's attention in the morning as we were leaving for our day's outing. When we returned everything was taken care of. he evening we stayed - The surroundings were absolutely beautiful. Large warm pool in a big, lush garden setting. Option to eat outdoors at each meal which we did.
