  Perfect hotel, very friendly staff, clean and very comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and warm pool. It takes some time (15 minutes) to reach the sea. But for us it was positive moment - it is so nice to have walk.   It was a pleasant journey! The room is clean, cosy,nice see view, a outdoor swim poor in the garden, and a indoor swim poor open 24 hours. There is a lovely garden surrounded with various flowers, lemon trees and orange trees. It is quite and beautiful, we spent one night to sleep in the garden. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, the accomodation is very comfortable, well-furniture and clean. There is a large well-kept garden around buildings, free parking, 2 swimming pools. The location is very close to main attracts. A free beach is about 7 minutes by walking, to Forio center is about 5 minutes.   Everything! Once we arrived to the resort we all agreed that we had arrived to a paradise. Beautifully situated on the beach, and close to all the shopping, I found the staff and other guests to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was more like a family home than a hotel.
