  Perfect hotel, very friendly staff, clean and very comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and warm pool. It takes some time (15 minutes) to reach the sea. But for us it was positive moment - it is so nice to have walk.   It was a pleasant journey! The room is clean, cosy,nice see view, a outdoor swim poor in the garden, and a indoor swim poor open 24 hours. There is a lovely garden surrounded with various flowers, lemon trees and orange trees. It is quite and beautiful, we spent one night to sleep in the garden. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, the accomodation is very comfortable, well-furniture and clean. There is a large well-kept garden around buildings, free parking, 2 swimming pools. The location is very close to main attracts. A free beach is about 7 minutes by walking, to Forio center is about 5 minutes.   Everything! Once we arrived to the resort we all agreed that we had arrived to a paradise. To sum it up: -The service was attentive and impeccable (special thanks to Luciano!) - Rooms were very luxurious and comfortable and staff made every attempt to make your stay to the highest standards. - Grounds were amazing. Only regret is that we didn't stay - The hotel is amazing, I highly recommend it if you are in Ischia, the best value for money we had in Amalfi coast. You really feel special, rooms are very fresh, staff is highly attentive to your requests, the hotel has a nice spa area and good gym.

  We left the guys at home and did a sister trip across Italy, which commenced in Naples. This classy five star hotel was a fabulous way to deal with jet lag! We had a superb meal at the Hotel - The Grande Hotel Vesuvio is truly grand! It is an elegant top of the line hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival and had two large rooms beautifully furnished. They supply their guests with comfy terry robes and slippers and nice toiletries. Wi fi was free. The rooms are kept very clean also. We had a balcony on the front of the hotel and looked out on the waterfront with its boats, a castle that is lit at night, and Vesuvius looming in the distance. T

Beautifully situated on the beach, and close to all the shopping, I found the staff and other guests to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was more like a family home than a hotel.
