The staff were very friendly and helpful, specially Anna who could speak
fluently English( rare amongst italian people we met) and who understood
our situation (cancellation of our flight) and changed the dates.
Pleasant and calm atmosphere. -
1. Very good location: bus stop is just a few meters away from the hotel. A bus will take you to Venice city center in 10 minutes.
2. Very nice and friendly staff.
3. Good breakfast and nice clean comfortable facilities. Vey cosy atmosphere.

Very quiet, easy-access to Venice, except for bustickets which were
unavailable. Very agreable rooms, breakfast-buffet oke if included in
price, otherwise too expensive for buffet. Gives a "wow"
expression the minute you walk in, ... just not so "wow" as it
looks. Would stay again though. -

Venice. Location was excellent with a regular bus from just outside the
hotel. Rooms clean, modern and comfortable although sofa bed a bit small
for 2 teenage girls. Free Wi-Fi and excellent breakfast. -
Brilliant hotel with friendly personnel, very close to Venezia(10 min by car - 2 min bus station). Gorgeous Breakfast, excellent facilities very clean, helpful service and COMFORT big beds!! In general value for money and definitely not a 3-star Hotel. Surely Recommended!

Non capisco il commenti negativi che alcuni ospiti danno a questo hotel ,perchè ho trovato il direttore disponibile e gentile e tutto lo staff e stato attento e premuroso ho trovato nella mia camera un vaso di fiori freschi che di solito non trovi in nessun altro hotel di questa categoria .Ho usufruito di tutti i servizi dell'hotel fantastico come
... cosa dice la gente » le camere .Raccomando a tutti il soggiorno. - Servizzi da 5 stelle,navetta per il centro storico e per l'areoporto parcheggio gratuito, diversamente dai hotel del centro storico che altrimenti avrei pagato 48 euro per un giorno. Staff è stato eccelente e gentile ci ha consigliato gli itinerari di venezia .Nel complesso cè stata l'arpertura dell' autlet grandi firme Gucci ,Prada, con sconti fino al 70 % è stato unico .
