  Clean, only about 15-20min from venice, bus stop is about 60m away, perfect. Room is good, Fridge and wifi free. Low cost, in the 4 nights me and my gf stayed there we paid 252+1.4 tax pp/per night. So cheap, saved a lot which we used to buy many Murano gifts, vaporetto, rent bikes at the lido?   We emailed the B&B with our time of arrival at the airport and asked for details of how to arrive by public transport. We followed the instructions and found the hotel easily, where Carla was waiting for us. She speaks English well and was able to tell us how to get to Venice easily by train or bus and about the local restaurants.   Friendly owner, helpfully, nearby nice pizzeria with low prices, nearby busstation - All in all the room was all right. I didn't ask for A/C, fortunately it was there. Good, since the temperature was over 30 degrees Celsius. The staff was friendly, they allowed me to park my car even after my check-out.
