Pleasant and calm atmosphere. - 1. Very good location: bus stop is just a few meters away from the hotel. A bus will take you to Venice city center in 10 minutes. 2. Very nice and friendly staff. 3. Good breakfast and nice clean comfortable facilities. Vey cosy atmosphere.

Gorgeous Breakfast, excellent facilities very clean, helpful service and COMFORT big beds!! In general value for money and definitely not a 3-star Hotel. Surely Recommended!
