  The staff is very friendly. Bus connection to Venice and the Mestre train station is very good (direct and 20 min to Piazzale Roma) - The hotel is super for that price, and it's a good start to Venice. The elder man on the reception is the kindest ever:)

  Location and proximity to Venice. Free parking. The friendly bar/restaurant underneath the hotel at a fraction of the cost of Venice. Friendly English speaking receptionist who gave good information. - Vending machines, bed, bathroom. Other guests were very kind. Staff spoke italiano e englese. Wonderful stay.
