They are very professional, useful, always ready to help and superfriendly. All of them,starting from the reception guys and finishing by our housemaid, did their best to let us feel like at home.
I did regret we were staying only six days It was really sad to leave.

Everything is beyond any expectation! The personnel is warm, friendly and always there to assist, with a smile. Warm and relaxing environment and decoration. Sandy beach. -
Nice big rooms, clean hotel, food was very good, location good, Staff very nice and helpful, pool areas were excellent, no saving of sunloungers so plenty for everyone.

Lovely decor and rustic style. Villa with its own pool is very spacious and private. Breakfast was good quality. Good base if you are looking to travel around western Crete by car. -

Everything was provided in the room that's needed for a weeks
holiday from toothbrush to shaving stuff shampoo dressing gown slippers
,couch tv wi fi .The room was cleaned everyday and had a flushing toilet
which you sometimes don't get in the greek islands ,I cant fault the
hotel for anything with its five swimming pools an ideal place to go to
