The staff (especially the day staff, Georgia and Sylvia) were wonderful - probably the most friendly and helpful we have ever encountered on holiday. The apartment was well-presented, comfortable and immaculately clean. Maleme is a fairly quiet resort but - overall - Mythos Beach's location and proximity to the beach make it ideal for a quiet, relaxing break.

They are very professional, useful, always ready to help and superfriendly. All of them,starting from the reception guys and finishing by our housemaid, did their best to let us feel like at home.
I did regret we were staying only six days It was really sad to leave.

We just love this hotel and its staff (owners and all other staff). To say that they are nice, kind, helpful, friendly - it is like say nothing. We felt there just like at home! What a wonderful experience. This family-owned & -operated hotel was just what we were looking for at the end of our honeymoon. After running around much of Turkey and Crete, our last few days of sun and sand here was just what the doctor ordered. While the balconies of the ocean view rooms face more of the opposite hotel (Molos Bay), there is still plenty of sea to be seen. Excellent location overlooking fishing harbour and 2 mins from beach. Lots of excellent tavernas within minutes walk. Owner very friendly. Rooms had everything we needed and lovely views of sunset. recently stayed for a week at the Arocaria Apartments. we booked a room with a view, and it was beautiful. the balcony has a great view looking over the marina. it is located literally 2-3 mins walk from the sandy beach and 15-20mins walk (along the coast) to chania. the rooms are basic, but all that we needed. staff are very friendly, rooms cleaned daily. I would definitely recommend staying here!
