Beautiful hotel, very clean and well looked after.
Lovely private swimming pool that was kept spotless and never full.
Plenty of sunbeds and poolside chairs.
Breaskfast for 6euro (3 for kids) with plenty of options available
Snacks available at lunchtime - limited but good value.
Close proximity to beach - 2 minutes walk and a further beach at 5 minutes with more facilities.
Bus stop for Chania at the end of the road - cost 1euro 10 and run regularly.

The property is beautifully maintained with lovely gardens and the pool
areas, bar and restaurant are adjacent to the sea with great views of

The whole trip was just lovely and I wouldn't have changed a thing. My previously holiday-shy boyfriend loved everything about the holiday and especially the restaurant (Corinne Star) in the grounds of the hotel. It was the best of the restaurants we tried in both Kalamaki and Chania. The staff were very hard-working, warm and helpful. The beachside setting was beautiful, westward facing so you can enjoy the sunset while eating dinner at the poolside. Really hoping we can come back soon :)

tutto,persino le zanzariere.La posizione è molto tranquilla essendo
vicino ad una strada con passaggio praticamente nullo ed è strategica
per visitare le piu' belle spiagge di Creta.In oltre Kissamos è a 5
minuti di macchina e non ci sono problemi per il posteggio.I Proprietari
sono gentilissimi e al nostro arrivo ci hanno regalato dei dolcetti e
una bottiglia di olio di loro produzione .Per noi che abbiamo un bimbo
di 3 anni sono

Chania, Palazzo Duca is perfect! It is a fancy place--beautiful, clean,
and polished. Every staff member is exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Our hotel room was a palace! Very comfortable king size bed, sitting
area with table and chairs, patio with view of harbor with table and
chairs, a kitchenette in the room stocked with dishes, utensils, cooking
pans plus refrigerator. The bathroom was lovely with a heavenly large
shower.

The hotel is really nice. The structure is new and clean: the position allows an easy access to balos, falassarna and elafonissi beach. The staff is really kind and the place is very quiet. There is a very beautiful swimming pool and a strong wi fi connection.

They have brand new mattresses of good quality! Not to hard and not to soft.
Although start of the season, they had allready filled the pool.
The grounds are very well maintained.
Free Wifi is available. Maybe not yet in all the rooms. But at the pool and in the lounge/lobby it works fine.
Everybody is motivated to make sure you have a wonderfull time.

Arrived at 8:30pm and was greeted by the hotel owner, Mary, who offered us dinner. One could not ask for a more genuine and caring hotel owner. Hotel is set in an ideal location with both mountain and Souda Bay views. Only a 20 minute drive to Chania, 25 minutes to Limnopoulis water park, and an hour from the beautiful beaches in western Crete.

We want to commend the hotel.
Hospitality was wonderful, the hotel staff was wonderful and welcoming. As we arrived nighttime meal. To warm attitude we received during our stay.
And is close to the beautiful beaches and the city of Chania.
In addition, anyone interested in seeing the West Crete, is an excellent place to stay and exit west.
Strongly recommend...
