  This is a really good hotel if you want somewhere to relax for a few days with the possibility of going out to see other interesting places. It is not often that you can say that all the staff are nice and helpful in different ways. The restaurant team is particularly special and the cleaning staff did some lovely things to make the stay very sp... cosa dice la gente » ecial for our children. The reception person we dealt with most couldn't have been more helpful. Finally, the infinity pool really lived up to it's - We have stayed at Cretan Dream for 5 years in a row and are always welcomed warmly and treated like royalty. Pool is wonderful, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is divine. Most pleasing is the staff. We love Cretan Dream.

  Tranquillissimo. - A really nice place for a relaxed vacation. Service is excellent, and the places really feels out of the way of regular tourism. A really charming "taberna" closeby serves really tasty food. The waitress/cook was a charming elderly woman (who doesn't speak english, but that was all the more fun). The view from the place is great.... cosa dice la gente » There is a small shop on the ground where you can get some groceries - The facilities, the service, the friendliness of the owner, the atmosphere, the location, all are exceptional. The owner maintains a small store with basic supplies on the compound, which is very convenient considering that the ~30 people settlement is a long way from places with shops and does not offer any reasonable supply. The place is definitely worth driving the narrow road up to it.

We were upgraded to one of the suites which left us feeling stunned - we had 2 floors of exquisite decor and facilities, and we just could not believe our good fortune. The suite also had it's own terrace with incredible views over Chania's Venetian port. The breakfast was superb - you certainly won't need lunch - the yoghurt, in particular, was the best I've ever

  Everything was provided in the room that's needed for a weeks holiday from toothbrush to shaving stuff shampoo dressing gown slippers ,couch tv wi fi .The room was cleaned everyday and had a flushing toilet which you sometimes don't get in the greek islands ,I cant fault the hotel for anything with its five swimming pools an ideal place to go to r... cosa dice la gente » elax and being breakfast only a good selection of food , As a resort it is very close to the main town of plantanias which is a five minute walk with - staff-very friendly and helpful good location - helpful to travel around chania
